Registration Policies and Deadlines
A minimum 10% deposit and total volunteer deposit is due at the time of registration. This can be paid by check or via credit card.
All fees are due in full by the second week of the program unless you participate in our automatic monthly checking account withdrawals (contact Whitney at whitney@summitnordicskiclub.org for more information).
REFUND POLICIES: SNSC generally has a no refund policy after our initial trial period. If your family or athlete has special circumstances please let us know and we will do our best to work with you. If an athlete must withdraw due to injury SNSC will offer pro-rating up to 50% of fees.
COVID Refund Policy: SNSC will offer a 50% refund of fees until December 31, 2020. After that date refunds will be prorated.
